About The Position
The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and delivers quality home health and hospice care to patients in their homes. The role includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, providing skilled nursing services, educating patients and families, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. The position is primarily home health with some hospice care and is field-based, serving Bend, Oregon, and surrounding communities. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of patient care, including lifting, transferring, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of nursing experience preferred.
- Home health, public health, or hospice experience preferred.
Responsibilities
