About The Position
We’re seeking a full-time registered nurse to care for a mixed caseload of home health and home hospice patients. The role suits a nurse who enjoys building patient relationships and working independently in the field. The nurse schedules visits directly with patients, allowing flexibility to plan a start time and work around personal appointments while meeting patient care needs. The position involves driving between patient homes throughout the day and is not shift work.
Requirements
- Meet one of the following experience criteria: be a new graduate RN with less than one year of total nursing experience, or be an experienced RN with home health or home hospice experience.
- Hold an active Illinois RN license in good standing.
- Be comfortable driving between patient homes throughout the day.
- Be authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available.
