About The Position

Eastgate Manor Nursing & Rehab is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse. The role provides nursing care that promotes residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. Nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories, supporting a comforting and engaging atmosphere, and collaborating with facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care. The position calls for medication management, thorough assessments, accurate documentation of changes in residents’ conditions, and a commitment to geriatric nursing and senior care excellence. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

• Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
