Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time Night Shift
About The Position
Regency Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU care to chronic, critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. Registered Nurses provide compassionate care and treatment throughout patients’ recovery. The role is based in Oregon, Ohio, and requires the ability to pick up shifts at both the Sylvania and Oregon locations as needed. This is a full-time night-shift position, scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. in 12-hour shifts. Compensation is $38.90 to $52.37 per hour, based on years of experience, with night and weekend shift differentials. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered. Requirements
- Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification is required at hire.
- ACLS certification is required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities
- Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
- Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
- Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
- Demonstrate competence in rapid response and code events.
- Instruct and counsel patients and families.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
