Our clinics run at high volume with a team-first culture. RNs here build loyal patient books and have a real voice in how care is delivered. The role involves owning the patient's full clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results. Responsibilities include performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, conducting consultations, designing individualized treatment plans, documenting accurately, and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to ensure a seamless clinic operation. The role utilizes a custom EMR designed to simplify charting and allows practitioners to stay focused on patients. As new FDA-cleared technologies are added, RNs will practice at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.
Requirements
- Current RN license (state-issued)
- 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) experience (Track A)
- 2+ years in aesthetics practice (Track B)
- Weekend availability required (full weekends; this is a fixed schedule role)
- Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day
- Eager to build aesthetics skills (full training provided for Track A)
