Registered Nurse – Aesthetic Training Provided

About The Position

LaserAway is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide aesthetic dermatology treatments in a busy, high-volume clinic environment. The nurse owns each patient’s clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through treatment, follow-up care, and long-term results. Nurses collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to deliver individualized care and use LaserAway’s fully digital custom EMR for documentation. The position includes hands-on training across aesthetic modalities and the opportunity to work with newly added FDA-cleared technologies. Full-time hours are available at 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, with no overnight shifts. The role may involve working at up to three assigned locations and treating 15–25 patients per day. Compensation is $50 per hour base pay, with a $5 per hour weekend differential. Advancement opportunities include Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles.

Requirements

Hold a current, active, unencumbered state-issued RN license.
Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
Have weekend availability.
Be comfortable treating 15–25 patients per day in a high-volume clinic environment.
Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in an aesthetics practice; this is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage patients’ clinical care from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up and long-term results.
Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Document care accurately using LaserAway’s custom digital EMR.
Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to provide seamless, individualized care.
Work in a high-volume clinic environment and stay engaged with patient care throughout the day.
Practice with aesthetic technologies, including newly added FDA-cleared technologies.
