Registered Nurse – Aesthetic Training Provided
About The Position
LaserAway is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide aesthetic dermatology treatments in a high-volume clinic environment. The nurse owns the patient’s clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results, partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to provide individualized care. Treatments include laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation procedures. The role uses LaserAway’s custom digital EMR for documentation and offers hands-on training across aesthetic modalities. Nurses may work at up to three assigned locations and can treat 15–25 patients per day. The position offers full-time hours of 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, no overnights, and weekend availability is required. Compensation is a $50 hourly base rate plus a $5 hourly weekend differential. Advancement opportunities include Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles.
Requirements
- Current, active, unencumbered state-issued RN license.
- Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered approach.
- Weekend availability.
- Comfort working in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15–25 patients per day.
- Ability to work at up to three assigned locations.
Nice To Haves
- Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in an aesthetics practice; preferred but not required.
