Registered Nurse - RN - Breast Imaging
About The Position
Loyola Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Breast Imaging team. The nurse provides care related to breast imaging and invasive procedures, including biopsies, coordination and scheduling of care, and pre- and post-procedure documentation and patient calls. The role also includes follow-up care coordination, assisting with IV starts, lab draws, and port access as needed, and maintaining consistent communication across teams. The position is scheduled for five 8-hour day shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays, at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood and Loyola Center for Health at Burr Ridge. Requirements
- Degree from an accredited school or college of nursing: BSN or ADN.
- BLS Provider certification accredited by the American Heart Association, required prior to hire.
- Illinois Board of Nursing license, required prior to hire.
