About The Position
Regency Hospital - Springdale is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU care to chronically and critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. Registered Nurses provide compassionate care and treatment throughout patients’ recovery. The role is per diem, with a minimum requirement of four 12-hour shifts within a six-week period, on the night schedule, in Springdale, Arkansas. Compensation is $40.00 per hour. The hospital provides an extensive RN orientation program and notes that demonstrated skills and dedication could lead to potential full-time opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid state RN license.
- BLS certification required at hire.
- ACLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities
- Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
- Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
- Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
- Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events.
- Instruct and counsel patients and families.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
