About The Position

This role involves delivering high-quality, compassionate direct patient care across diverse specialty units in adherence to all established organizational protocols. The nurse will implement and continuously monitor patient care plans, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of physician and nursing orders. This position serves as the central link for communication and assessment among all disciplines within the healthcare team, coordinating all aspects of a patient's journey. The nurse will also communicate and meticulously record all patient conditions, observations, and interventions to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Minimum of two years of recent acute care Operating Room or Circulator nursing experience demonstrating clinical competency across diverse, high-acuity patient populations.
Proven ability to successfully navigate and provide autonomous direct care in a multi-unit, float, or resource team environment.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
