About The Position

PruittHealth @ Home is hiring a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes. The role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, clinical support, and opportunities for career growth. Applicants who live in or can commute to Craven County, North Carolina, are given special consideration.

The nurse provides skilled nursing visits, completes assessments and start-of-care visits, develops care plans, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary care team. The role also includes supervising LPNs and Home Health Aides, educating patients and families, and documenting care using an iPad with AI assistance. OASIS experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of RN experience; home health or acute care experience is preferred.

• Experience with aging or adult patient populations.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize a busy caseload.
• Confidence working with technology and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities
