About The Position

Nemours is seeking an experienced pediatric ICU Nurse for its ICU Staffing Resource Pool in Wilmington, Delaware. Nurses in this pool may float to the PICU, NICU, and CICU based on hospital needs and must be flexible to work on different units during their shift. The position is per diem and focuses on providing pediatric critical care nursing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of pediatric nursing experience, including pediatric critical care experience.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must be eligible for or hold current Delaware licensure.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must be flexible to work on different units during a shift.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to the PICU, NICU, and CICU based on hospital needs.
• Work on different units during a shift as needed.
• Apply clinical judgment, clinical inquiry, caring practices, response to diversity, advocacy and moral agency, collaboration, systems thinking, and facilitation of learning.
