About The Position
Nemours Children's Health is seeking an experienced pediatric nurse for its per diem Staffing Resource Pool in Wilmington, Delaware. The nurse will float to different hospital units based on staffing needs. A minimum of three years of pediatric nursing experience is required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of pediatric nursing experience.
- Must be eligible for or hold current Delaware nursing licensure.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in different units as assigned based on hospital needs.
- Demonstrate clinical judgment, clinical inquiry, caring practices, response to diversity, advocacy and moral agency, collaboration, systems thinking, and facilitation of learning.
