About The Position

This is a travel, temporary assignment for a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry in Portland, Oregon. The assignment is for 13 weeks, starting on 09/14/2026. The role involves delivering coordinated nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon
General Telemetry/hospital setting experience preferred
Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts (3x12)
Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for the contract duration
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient group using the nursing process and established standards of care.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications as ordered, and document care accurately.
Coordinate care with other disciplines and disciplines’ staff to ensure comprehensive patient management.
Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels, providing guidance as needed.
Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent problem-solving to patient care plans.
Maintain patient safety, quality of care, and compliance with policies and procedures.
