About The Position

This is a travel, temporary assignment for a Registered Nurse in the Tele Neuro unit, specializing in acute neurovascular telemetry. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026 and lasts for 13 weeks. The role involves providing direct RN-level care to adult patients, focusing on neurovascular telemetry monitoring, performing neurological assessments, administering medications, and maintaining telemetry monitoring. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced neurovascular telemetry environment
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical documentation skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in acute care, telemetry, or neurovascular units preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct, RN-level care to adult patients in the Tele Neuro unit, with focus on neurovascular telemetry monitoring
Perform accurate neurological assessments and ongoing patient observation; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Administer prescribed medications, monitor for adverse effects, and ensure safe delivery of therapies
Maintain telemetry monitoring, interpret data as part of the interdisciplinary care team, and report findings to physicians
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate care plans and discharge planning
Document all aspects of patient care, ensure compliance with nursing standards and patient safety policies
