About The Position
Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a part-time position in a skilled nursing facility. The role combines hands-on nursing care with supervision of nursing staff and is scheduled Saturdays and Sundays only. Pay is $37.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervise RN, LPN, and CNA staff during weekend shifts.
- Oversee resident care and daily nursing activities.
- Support nursing staff with clinical questions and resident care needs.
- Assist with resident assessments, documentation, and care planning.
- Help ensure quality care and compliance with facility policies.
