Registered Nurse Supervisor - South Mountain Restoration Center (2nd Shift)

Requirements
- Three years as a Registered Nurse (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
- Four years of professional nursing experience providing care and treatment services consistent with those needed for individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness and/or a developmental disability.
- Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- If you possess an active temporary practice permit, you must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Mentor nursing personnel and encourage collaboration across all care areas
- Review resident treatment needs and direct staff to maintain therapeutic environments
- Provide updates to staff, families, and administrators as needed
- Coordinate training, reinforce policies, and track participation in improvement activities
- Complete documentation, prepare reports, and supervise evaluations of nursing personnel
