Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time Night
About The Position
SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. The role is full-time nights, working 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., with every third weekend in rotation. Compensation is $36.50–$54.22, based on years of experience, with shift differentials of $7 for nights and $3 for weekends (stacking). A $20,000 night-shift sign-on bonus is offered until 12/1/26; the posting also lists a $15,000 day-shift bonus. No commitment or repayment agreement is required. The inpatient rehabilitation hospital provides care for people facing medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges related to brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. The RN receives admissions and transfers, assesses patients, documents care, interprets assessment and diagnostic data, processes medical orders, and instructs and counsels patients and families. Requirements
- Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities
- Receive admissions and/or transfers.
- Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
- Document care accurately and promptly using EPIC.
- Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
- Instruct and counsel patients and families.
