About The Position

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical, is hiring a Registered Nurse for its inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. The hospital provides care for individuals facing medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges related to brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. The position is full-time on nights, from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., with every third weekend in rotation. Compensation is $36.50–$54.22 based on years of experience. Shift differentials are $7 for nights and $3 for weekends, which may be stacked. A $20,000 night-shift sign-on bonus is offered through 12/1/26; a $15,000 day-shift sign-on bonus is also mentioned. Requirements

Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

Receive admissions and/or transfers.
Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
Document patient care accurately and on time using EPIC.
Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
Instruct and counsel patients and families.
