About The Position

The Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN), a member of Advocate Health Nursing Professional Governance community, provides high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery in an ambulatory care setting. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes.

The position is based at Atrium Health Levine Children's Southpark Pediatrics, which provides care for newborns through adolescents. Services include pediatric and adolescent medicine, newborn care, immunizations, preventative and chronic illness management, and developmental screenings. The clinic is located off Riverchase Boulevard.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• At least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
