Registered Nurse (RN) Ambulatory & Outpatient Levine Children's Southpark Clinic PRN
About The Position
The Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN), a member of Advocate Health Nursing Professional Governance community, provides high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery in an ambulatory care setting. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes. The position is with Atrium Health Levine Children's Southpark Pediatrics, which serves newborns through adolescents. The clinic provides pediatric and adolescent medicine, newborn care, immunizations, preventive and chronic illness management, and developmental screenings. It is located off Riverchase Boulevard. The schedule is two or more Saturdays per month, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The position is part-time, has zero hours per week listed, and is not benefits eligible.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- A registered nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- At least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
