Registered Nurse (RN) - Renal Dialysis
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The RN uses evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills while helping create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. The position is based on 3W Renal, a 20-bed medical-surgical unit specializing in renal care. The unit is described as having excellent quality outcomes and a collaborative, supportive team culture. The schedule is 7 a.m.–7 p.m. for 36 hours per week.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
