Registered Nurse (RN) | 35 hours per week | Emergency Department
About The Position
The Registered Nurse delivers care to patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, in coordination with other health team members. The RN interacts effectively with patients, their significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. The position provides care to geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, telemetry, pediatric, behavioral health, and critical care patient populations. This is a 35-hour-per-week Emergency Department position with scheduled hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and work every third weekend. The minimum hiring wage starts at $36.50 per hour. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) at minimum, or currently be in the last semester of nursing school.
- Maintain valid licensure, certification, or registration.
- Be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa, or currently be in the last semester of nursing school.
