About The Position

The Registered Nurse is responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The nurse delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel according to their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. The role contributes to the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia and meets applicable Joint Commission and other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting requirements.

Requirements

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state(s) of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
