About The Position
Langton Shores, a Presbyterian Homes & Services community in Roseville, Minnesota, is seeking Registered Nurses to provide care in long-term care and short-term rehabilitation settings. The RN provides and monitors high-quality clinical care and services for residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. The community is a close-knit team serving older adults through compassionate care. The position follows a six-week rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts. The listed opening is full-time on the AM shift, 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The role is based at Langton Shores, 1900 County Road D West, Roseville, MN 55112.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the state or states where the nurse practices.
- Current CPR certification.
- Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with all customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
- Monitor the quality of clinical care and services provided to residents.
