About The Position
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glade Valley is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to residents at its Walkersville, Maryland location. The RN provides direct patient care, develops individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team, monitors residents' conditions, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and includes all shifts.
Requirements
- Must hold a Registered Nurse license and be certified as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
- At least 1 year of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as directed by the physician.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the physician and other healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
