About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide personalized, one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes throughout Kingwood, Humble, and nearby communities. The role supports patients’ health, comfort, independence, and quality of life through clinical care and coordination with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams. Nurses may provide comprehensive assessments, wound care, IV infusion therapy, vascular access management, patient monitoring, and education for patients and caregivers on treatment plans and disease management. The position involves working independently while collaborating with healthcare providers and care teams. Requirements

Responsibilities
