About The Position

This is a temporary position requiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide coordinated total nursing care for patients, participate in patient and family teaching, and demonstrate leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. The patient population is Adult-Geriatric. Travelers must have their own vehicle as this is a small community without public transport. All medical/occ health compliance items must be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance, and proofs must be uploaded to Trio. Block scheduling will not be accommodated. A 48-hour guarantee is in effect; a 36-hour guarantee is not available.

Requirements

Agency Partner must include New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate upfront with all Nursing submissions.
Cheshire will not consider "Local Travelers" (those who reside within 50 miles of facility).
Block scheduling will not be accommodated/considered.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload/during interview will not be approved.
No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).
Travelers may not take all holidays off.
Must work two blocks (if scheduled/needed): Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after.
Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos).
EMR: Epic

2+ years Med Surg experience required.
Cardiac drip experience required. Note experience on profile.
Dementia experience/management required.
EPIC experience required.
Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
Perm address must be included in profile.
Any/All RTO must be included in profile.
All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer.
New Hampshire RN license or Compact - Must be uploaded with profile.
Active American Heart Association BLS - Required.
Active American Heart Association ACLS - Required.
