About The Position
The Clinical Nurse is a key member of the surgical team who functions in a circulating and scrubbing capacity. Services lines we provide include: General surgery, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain and endoscopy procedures. Our nurses provide specialized care for all these services. The Surgical Services department has 2 operating rooms and a procedure room. We provide mostly outpatient procedures with limited inpatient. We provide care to patients ages 16 and older.
Requirements
- Cataract experience required.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
- Scrubbing and circulating experience (both specialty skill checklists must be in profile).
- Experience working in a smaller OR facility.
- Phase I/PACU experience.
- Multiple surgical experience.
- Cerner EMR experience.
- Must have their own vehicle (firm requirement).
- Perm address must be included in traveler profile.
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile.
- All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.
Nice To Haves
- Travel experience.
- BSN preferred.
