About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and clinically sound RNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The role includes intermittent visits, private duty shifts, and care plan coordination. This is a flexible per diem role for a nurse licensed in Florida.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license; Compact License accepted.
• Current CPR certification (BLS).
• Level 2 background screening (AHCA-compliant).
• TB screening and physical completed within the past 6 months.
• Familiarity with EMRs and knowledge of PDGM and OASIS for RNs.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and time management.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctual, professional care.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Medicare-certified home health is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits, including wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments.
• Provide shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and CMS guidelines; OASIS documentation is required for RNs.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
