About The Position

Community Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Adult Float Pool. The Float Pool RN provides patient-centered care across ICU/PCU, Medical-Surgical, Extended Stay, Emergency Department, and Rehabilitation units. This role suits a flexible, highly skilled nurse who adapts to changing patient needs and team environments while supporting care wherever needed across the hospital. The position is PRN (TPD) and scheduled for night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with 12-hour shifts. The stated schedule is 12 shifts in a 12-week period or 3-month evaluation period, including two weekend shifts; one winter and one summer holiday are required per year. The role is covered by the collective bargaining agreement for MNA Local #15 Community Medical Center.

Requirements

• Current Montana RN license or Compact RN License with Montana endorsement.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• BCLS certification required.
• At least 2 years of bedside nursing experience.
• Flexibility, critical-thinking ability, and commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• PALS certification preferred.
• Handle with Care certification preferred.
