About The Position

Hydration Room is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide IV infusion and injection treatments in a wellness-clinic setting. The role serves patients seeking proactive wellness and emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, a positive patient experience, and a balanced work environment. The nurse will also lead and support the Wellness Coordinator team during shifts and contribute to the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a new clinic.

The position covers clinics and mobile IV shifts in Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest, and Ladera Ranch. The schedule is 4–5 eight-hour shifts per week, with three weekend shifts required per month and four days of unavailability submitted each month. Clinic hours fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Compensation is $48 per hour, with guaranteed earnings up to $58 per hour during the first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. After that period, earnings are described as unlimited; many nurses earn an additional $15 or more per hour in tips. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to traverse the entire facility and lift up to 15 pounds at times.
