Registered Nurse (RN) - IV Infusion - Full-Time $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
Hydration Room is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic. The role focuses on proactive wellness, meaningful patient relationships, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Nurses will also lead and support the Wellness Coordinator team during each shift and help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic. The position covers Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest, Ladera Ranch, and mobile IV shifts. The schedule is 4–5 shifts per week, with 8 hours per shift, and three weekend shifts per month. Clinic hours are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Employees submit four days of unavailability per month. Pay is $48 per hour, with guaranteed earnings up to $58 per hour during the first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. After that, earnings are unlimited; the posting says many RNs earn an additional $15 or more per hour in tips. Requirements
- Active California RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer, traverse the entire facility, and lift up to 15 pounds at times.
