About The Position

Hydration Room is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to administer IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic. The role focuses on proactive wellness, meaningful patient relationships, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Nurses will also lead and support the Wellness Coordinator team during shifts and help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a new clinic. The position covers Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Brentwood, and Culver City, plus on-call shifts. The schedule is 4–5 eight-hour shifts per week, with three weekend shifts required each month. Clinic hours are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and employees submit four days of unavailability per month. The base pay is $53 per hour, with guaranteed earnings of up to $63 per hour during the first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. After that, earning potential is unlimited; the posting notes that many RNs earn an additional $15 or more per hour in tips. Requirements

Active California RN license in good standing.
Current BLS certification.
BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
Ability to traverse the entire facility.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Ability to competently perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
