Registered Nurse (RN) - IV Infusion - Full-Time
About The Position
Hydration Room is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to provide IV vitamin therapy and injection treatments in a clean, modern wellness clinic. The role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, proactive wellness, and an exceptional patient experience. Nurses also lead and support the Wellness Coordinator team during each shift and help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a new clinic. The position covers clinic locations in Torrey Hills, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Solana Beach, Hillcrest, and Encinitas. The schedule is 4–5 eight-hour shifts per week, with three weekend shifts required per month and four days of unavailability submitted per month. Clinic hours fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Pay is $48 per hour, with guaranteed earnings up to $58 per hour during the first six months through the Monthly Pay Guarantee Program. After that period, earnings are unlimited; the posting notes that many RNs earn an additional $15 or more per hour in tips. Requirements
- Active California RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to traverse the entire facility and lift up to 15 pounds at times.
