About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong infusion therapy skills to provide personalized home infusion and skilled nursing services in Kingwood, Humble, and surrounding communities. The RN delivers individualized care based on physician orders and patients’ needs, helping them receive advanced treatments safely while maintaining independence and quality of life at home. The role includes comprehensive nursing assessments, infusion therapy administration, patient monitoring, education for patients and caregivers, and communication of clinical updates to the healthcare team. The nurse works independently and coordinates closely with physicians, pharmacists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. This home-based position offers flexibility and the opportunity to apply advanced nursing skills while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN).
- Strong peripheral IV insertion skills.
- Experience providing infusion therapy.
- Excellent assessment and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and patient satisfaction.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PICC lines, central venous lines, midlines, peripheral IVs, and Port-a-Caths.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
