Registered Nurse (RN), per diem - Women's Health
About The Position
Ageless Women’s Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to support its women’s health clinic in Peachtree City, Georgia. The clinic provides hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, personalized wellness, and concierge medicine. The RN provides hands-on clinical care, patient education, and ongoing wellness support in a patient-focused setting, working with medical providers to tailor care plans and support high-quality outcomes. This is a per-diem, on-site position. Maternity coverage is needed from December 8 through January 25, with shifts available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings and all day Thursday and Friday. As-needed shifts may also be available before and after the maternity coverage period. The stated hourly rate is $38.50.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- EMR proficiency and attention to detail.
- Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills and interest in patient education and connection.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year of clinical experience (preferred).
- Experience in women’s health, wellness, or hormone therapy (preferred).
- Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience (highly preferred).
- Experience in a clinic, outpatient, or women’s health setting.
- Passion for women’s health, wellness, and hormone therapy.
- Interest in developing subject matter expertise in hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and integrative wellness medicine.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, and document care in the EMR.
- Perform clinical procedures, including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
- Administer and monitor hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss treatments, including GLP-1 medications and other metabolic health protocols.
- Support and perform wellness services such as IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and nutritional support programs.
- Provide concierge medicine services, including Pap smears, birth control management, lab work and blood testing, preventive health screenings, common illness management, STD/STI testing, and UTI testing.
- Educate patients about hormone balance, weight management, and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with medical providers to tailor care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to a warm, patient-focused clinic culture built on empathy, professionalism, and trust.
