About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for pediatric care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides one-on-one private duty nursing in a client's home, with clients ranging in age from birth to 21. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and work a schedule chosen with flexibility around their availability. Private duty nursing offers traditional shifts of 4, 8, or 10 hours and the opportunity to build relationships with clients and observe their milestones.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a chosen schedule.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
