About The Position
Caring Heart Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 269-bed skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for its long-term care team. The supervisor oversees daily operations of assigned nursing units and supports staff in providing high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The listed pay is $42–$50 per hour.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
- Previous supervisor experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units, promoting a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.
- Oversee implementation of resident care plans, conduct regular nursing unit rounds, and ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates.
- Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
