About The Position

Virtua Health is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for its Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Voorhees, New Jersey. The role is on-site and scheduled for a 12-hour day shift, with 24 total weekly hours. Level 3 NICU experience is required. The nurse assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care using outcome identification and evidence-based practice. As part of the healthcare team, the nurse coordinates care and collaborates with colleagues, patients, and patients’ families or significant others, while maintaining high standards of professional ethics.

Requirements

Level 3 NICU experience.
Knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, procedures, and standards.
Ongoing education and effort to stay current with nursing practice.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to coordinate the efforts of a team of care providers.
Valid New Jersey RN license; approved licenses must be presented and maintained in accordance with the New Jersey Licensing Board.

Responsibilities
