About The Position

Aurora West Allis Medical Center’s Internal Float Pool Level 1: Work in various units within one (1) facility brings variety and learning to your practice. Everyday can be a new journey that may open doors to a new specialty area you may have never previously considered. Opportunity to cross-train in a second specialty such as ICU, ER or Women's Health. Our Internal Med/Surg Float RNs bring versatility, clinical strength, and teamwork to every shift, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care across multiple critical care areas within a single facility. Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA)
  • Minimum 1-year acute care RN experience

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of acute care RN experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)
