About The Position
Protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of Registered Nurse licensure and collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to coordinate care across the continuum. Assesses and supports patients’ physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains a professional disposition. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED works in units that provide 24/7 hospital care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State Board of Nursing in the appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan).
- Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS certification before the employment start date.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
- Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications.
