The House Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of hospital operations and throughput, acts as the liaison between the nursing units and patient placement, staffing, and nursing units, maintains contact between the facility and BHTS and is responsible for assuring appropriate policy driven care and practices are being followed. The ideal candidate for this position has strong leadership skills and is a team player who can provide guidance and support to staff while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
