About The Position
We Are Seeking a RN House Supervisor to Join Our Clinical Team! This is a Full-Time position with a Day Shift, working 12-Hours from 6am - 6:30pm. The RN House Supervisor is an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for providing excellent patient care and driving professional growth. This role requires someone who naturally leads others, steps up to ensure team success, and easily builds and maintains positive relationships with peers. This may be the perfect step to take in your nursing career!
Requirements
- Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required)
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Must have stable work history, the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team
- Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships
- Reliable transportation required
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families
- Create and maintain great employee relationships among the staff in their unit
- Attract and retain top preforming, talented team members
- Supervise and career coach existing team members with in their assigned unit
