About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN), House Supervisor for Starr Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health. This role provides after-hours leadership, functions as a resource person for staff, assists in patient care, and is responsible for the overall quality of patient care in the facility. The position serves a wide range of patient populations from Neonate to Older Adult. The team offers a supportive, team-focused environment where RNs can make a difference through compassionate care, advocacy, and partnership.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
• BCLS required
• Active Tennessee RN license (single-state or compact) required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS preferred
• PALS preferred
