About The Position

St. Mary’s Regional Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Float Pool. This PRN position involves working nights and requires a commitment of at least 7 shifts per month. At Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, the focus is on prioritizing employee well-being to enable the delivery of exceptional patient care. As an RN in the Float Pool, you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team, playing a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety in a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care. You will contribute by utilizing specialized plan-of-care interventions, serving as a patient-care innovator, and leveraging skills and technology to impact patient well-being.

Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS required within six months of hire
• One year of RN experience required
• Must be able to commit to at least 7 shifts a month

Nice To Haves

• ASLS certification preferred
