We are seeking a highly adaptable and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multi-Specialty Float Pool, primarily supporting our Cardiology and Infusion physician offices in Boardman. Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in a physician’s office, ambulatory care, or outpatient clinical setting highly preferred.
  • Direct experience or strong proficiency navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Float dynamically across assigned specialty physician offices based on daily clinic staffing needs.
  • Administer physician-ordered treatments, manage office-based infusion therapies, and monitor clinic patients with high precision.
  • Provide comprehensive, personalized education regarding complex treatments, office procedures, and post-care instructions.
  • Maintain precise, timely, and compliant health records within the practice’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Ensure all office processes and workflows strictly adhere to OSHA, The Joint Commission (TJC), and Ohio Department of Health (ODH) standards.
