Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in pre-employment nursing assessments
Experience in caring for injured employees
Experience in administering vaccines
Experience managing worker's compensation programs
Experience maintaining PPD files
Experience managing clinic operations
Ability to collaborate with Infection Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

Performs pre-employment nursing assessment on applicants
Provides care and assessment for injured employees
Administers vaccines in accordance with policy and good nursing practice
Manages the worker's compensation program for the hospital
Maintains annual PPD files for all employees
Manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic
Collaborates with the Infection Control Coordinator by integrating infection control/employee health activities
