About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)-Emergency Room (ER) for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA. This position involves working nights from 3:00 PM - 3:30 AM, with a 12-hour shift and 36 hours per week. The contract is for 13 weeks, starting on 8/17/2026. The role requires the nurse to triage incoming patients, stabilize them, administer medication, start IVs, set broken bones, perform tracheotomies and intubations, give stitches and sutures, maintain patient records, collaborate with emergency staff, and help transfer stable patients. The position also includes 8 hours of non-billable orientation, and any requested time off must be noted and verified at upload, with all scheduling requests made at the time of submission.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years current (to 6 mos) Emergency Room experience
  • Meditech Expanse experience (highly preferred)
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle
  • Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
  • Must have and maintain active American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS
  • Must have Active Trauma Nursing Core Course TNCC certification
  • Must have Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross PALS certification
  • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS)(AHA) certification during employment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Must have a permanent address outside of a 50-mile radius of the facility
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming patients based on level of injury or illness
  • Immediately stabilize incoming patients
