About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)-Emergency Room (ER) for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA. This position involves working 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, with a start date of 8/17/2026. The role requires the nurse to triage and stabilize incoming patients, administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and maintain patient records. Collaboration with emergency staff and patient transfers are also key aspects of the position.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years current (to 6 mos) Emergency Room experience
• Meditech Expanse experience [highly preferred]
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
• Must have and maintain active American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS
• Must have Active Trauma Nursing Core Course TNCC certification
• Must have Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross PALS certification
• Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS)(AHA) certification during employment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming patients based on level of injury or illness
• Immediately stabilize incoming patients
• Administer medication as instructed by physicians
• Start intravenous lines, and set broken bones
• Perform tracheotomies and intubations
• Give patients stitches and sutures
• Create and maintain incoming patient records
• Work with a team of emergency staff to help patients
• Help transfer stable patients to other wings
